Privacy Policy
How Shelby Fence Company handles your information.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Shelby Fence Company ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact or estimate form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, and any message about your project. You provide this voluntarily so we can respond to your request.
Usage information. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed, and general device and location information. If you reach us by clicking one of our Google ads, Google Ads may also record that the click led to a call or an estimate request, so we know our advertising is working. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out at any time (see "Cookies & Your Choices" below).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, and provide our fencing services. We use analytics information only to understand site traffic and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies & Your Choices
Our site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure traffic and ad results. These measurement cookies are active by default, but a notice on your first visit points you here, and you can opt out at any time with the button below. If you opt out, we stop these cookies from being set on your device, and the site works exactly the same. We do not use cookies to personalize advertising. You can change your choice here whenever you like, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Service Providers
We rely on a few trusted third parties to operate the site: Google Analytics (website-traffic measurement), Google Ads (measuring calls and estimate requests that come from our ads), and Web3Forms (which delivers your contact-form submission to our email inbox). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and maintain our ordinary business records. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it automatically.
Your Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided through the form. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Our site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
